1.  We guarantee all of our work for 90 days.  We’re not some fly by night operation that’s not going to stand behind our work.  We’re here to make technology as easy as possible for the consumers and small businesses in the Chicago-land area.  If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay for it. 

2.  We come to you, and work around your schedule.  There is no “we’ll be there between 9am and 5pm.”  We work around your schedule, including on the weekends.  If we set a phone appointment, we’ll make it.  If we set an appointment for a service call, we’ll make it. 

3. When you call us you’ll talk to a real human being.  There is no automated menu, press 1 for this, 2 for that.  You’ll talk to the same person every time, that knows your situation, and how to help.

4. We’re better than the competition.  We out price the competition.  We don’t have any overhead.  The company is run out a large home office, so we don’t inflate our prices to pay for rent, a sales team, a marketing team, etc.  We’ll cut competitors prices in half and then some.
