Service Call: $99 for 99 minutes
Additional hours: $60

Pretty simple right? Over 90% of our service calls are fixed within the first 99 minutes. Rarely do customers pay for additional hours of labor, unless they absolutley need to have something done on site. This is because if we think it will take more than 99 minutes, we’ll bring the sick computer back to the shop, fix it, and drop it off included in the $99.

What’s the catch?  The $99 does not include any additional software or hardware, and it’s limited to geographic location. (Hey at least we’re honest.) What it does include is a free 90 day trial of Norton Internet Security to keep your computer safe.
